We take great care in popping, packing, and shipping so that product arrives to you fresh and delicious. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. Allow up to two business days after your order is placed for us to ship. Buyer will receive a tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout. Please confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct to prevent undeliverable emails of your order confirmation and tracking.
USA Shipping: We’re proud to ship via USPS. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated according to your “Ship To” address entered at checkout. The delivery date is not guaranteed.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Wrong Order or Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to check and confirm the order details and reachable shipping address (including apartment, suite, unit, zip code, etc.) are entered correctly before completing the purchase.
In the event of an error, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correction(s). We will do our best to intercept, however, we may not be able to change order details prior to the order being shipped. We cannot be held responsible for the wrong order or wrong address by the buyer. Should we receive your order “Returned To Sender,” we will contact you via the email address buyer provided at checkout for the corrected shipping information to reship your order. A re-shipping fee may apply.
Delivered But Not Delivered: If the tracking information shows that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your order, contact the relevant shipping provider with your tracking information in order for them to directly investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address provided.
Combatting Package Theft: If the buyer’s shipping address is not a secure location, we recommend the buyer ships to an address that is secure. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Cancellation: Due to our speedy packing and shipping process, we are unable to cancel an order in any circumstance once it is placed.
